SUSTAINABILITY
Our priority is the impact of our team on people. Firstly on our team members, our partners, our sponsors, the school community and the wider society. In order for our activity to have a social impact, we need to be responsible and respectful to everyone involved. For this reason a JOB DESCRIPTION form will be designed and agreed upon, where the responsibilities of each member and their obligations to the group are clear.
Team
In order to achieve better results, the most constructive interaction, cooperation and trust between team members is required => team building activities (bowling, cart, cinema etc)
Followers
We have to be honest and consistent with our followers, especially through social media. For this reason, we are committed to keep up to date with posts about our progress, trying to create a positive atmosphere and impression of both our team and the F1iS competition.
Sponsors
With our sponsors we will try to have an honest relationship and to ensure that they get the maximum benefits from their sponsorship of our team. We will try to choose sponsors that are close to our philosophy on sustainability and corporate social responsibility. In addition, we will try to maintain frequent communication with both our sponsors and each of our partners to ensure that all of them are kept informed of our progress so that further development of collaborative initiatives can take place.
School community
As part of our outreach our primary goal will be to inform our school community about F1iS and STEM in general to inspire younger students to get involved, engage and ensure there is continuity in the competition. At the same time, where required we can act as mentors for the younger teams by sharing the experience and knowledge we have gained so far from participating in a national competition and making it to the finals, encouraging learning, research and engagement with science.
Wider society
Also, our goal of raising awareness of F1iS and STEM can be the wider community. By organizing or participating in various activities, events we can achieve this goal.
